Sesame Amaranth Sauce

A nutty salad dressing infused with amaranth extract to thicken and create a creamy texture and flavor.  Use it as a dressing or marinade for your favorite beef or fish, stir fry with veggies and beef, or as a sauce to flavor your chicken, pork, or grilled veggies.  Also great on tacos, sandwich wraps, chicken salad and potato salad.
