PERI PERI OMELETTE

Enjoy a completely different take on the traditional omelette.




WHAT YOU WILL NEED:


2 eggs - lightly beaten

1 tablespoons Lesedi Farms Peri Pery, or Mango Murula Sause

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 cup chopped fresh chommolier  greens 

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup cilantro

1/4 teaspoon sea salt


HOW TO MAKE IT;


in a skillet sauté the onions until translucent.

Add the greens and cook for 5 minutes

Pour the eggs over the mixture and cook for 6 minutes

When done, top with Peri Peri or Murual Mango sauce to taste
